Torrey Snow – Host at WBAL News Radio 1090 AM & 101.5 FM

Join Torrey Snow each weekday afternoon on WBAL NewsRadio 1090 and FM 101.5. Torrey Snow moved to Anne Arundel County, Maryland in 2006, after graduating college. He took a job teaching at a local school, and immediately immersed himself into the community. He worked primarily with families in local under-served communities. He transitioned careers to IT in 2008 and served as a manager for a computer systems administration team. Torrey and his wife, Joanna, have a daughter and three sons.

Torrey has a powerful passion for statesmanship. After running for the Anne Arundel County Council in 2018, he established a Maryland Chapter for the Frederick Douglass Foundation, a conservative organization focused on addressing community issues. He is very involved with Maryland politics and has been instrumental in improving minority engagement with the Republican Party. He has served on multiple community boards and has active memberships in several civic groups, including the Anne Arundel County NAACP and the Maryland Black Republican Council.

Torrey is always looking for opportunities to raise awareness and empathy for community issues. As a public communicator, he strives to bring a balanced and rational voice to the issues of the day.
